Arches July 24

At 7:30 we packed up camp and headed for Arches to try to get there before the heat of the day We first visited Double Arch, then the North and South Windows. We viewed the famous Delicate Arch from the less populated side, so we weren't able to get close. After that we did a four mile round trip hike to Double-O Arch, Landscape Arch and some other less well known arches. It was extremely hot and dry. Jeff and Rhonda did a short one mile hike while Maria drove the van to pick them up. Heidi just rested and consumed fluids. We then said good-bye to Utah and headed for Colorado Springs Colorado. (we are currently in Silt Colorado)
